Technical cooperation

Complete range of products

It specializes in the production of valve rocker arms, rocker seats, rocker shafts, rocker shaft assemblies, EVB exhaust brake series products, valve push rods, spring seats and engine wheel series automatic tensioners, EGR valves, exhaust brake butterfly valves and other automotive parts.

There are more than 200 kinds of product models, which are widely used for many important domestic internal combustion engines and vehicle manufacturers.

Product quality is stable

2005 passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification,
Successfully passed the quality system renewal review in 2008,
2009 Standardized Good Behavior Certification

Product quality is stable. Zhejiang Province Administration for Industry and Commerce as a contract-abiding credit credit rating A- level enterprises, Yuhuan County top 100 enterprises.

Technology is guaranteed

The company has long established technical cooperation relations with several well-known domestic universities, the National Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, and the Zhejiang Automobile and Parts Industry Technology Innovation Service Platform.

Through this technology platform, the company has achieved remarkable results in personnel training, product development, and process research.

At present, the company is the cooperative development unit of the new generation "Euro III" and "Euro IV" engines of several important domestic internal combustion engine enterprises, and the sub-council unit of the intake and exhaust institutions of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association.
